If you are assigned to work on the course, please familiarize yourself with this plan. If you have questions reach out to your Chairperson/Captain, Director, or any member of the Staff.

EVACUATION PLAN:

If Play comes to a halt and you hear the safety horn or receive instructions to evacuate or see players stop playing and leave the course, then please stop your volunteer duties and seek shelter immediately. To evacuate the course, depending on your location please walk to the Clubhouse, VHQ, or move to the main road (Ave of Champions) where Volunteer Shuttles and Evacuation Vehicles will assist in transporting you to a safe shelter.
